FDC Romeo assigned to keep the peace for the day while a
contractor performs work to erect a fence between the
properties due to past issues between neighbors. As the
assignment was ending FDC Romeo was infomed by the
contractor, who was not on scene, via cellphone that the
neighbor flicked a cigarette butt in the vicinity of one of
his workers. The neighbor had left the area a while ago and
the employee did not report it to FDC Romeo when it happened
several hours prior. The contractor just wanted it logged.
So done.
