is receiving harassing text messages from a Colombian phone
number demanding he sign papers to extend a contract on a
property that the both of them own in Winthrop located at
Revere Street. Last Thursday he received a picture of
a property he used to own in Colombia and was told by an old
neighbor that someone was looking for him. He wanted this on
record in case the messages become threatening. Rp believes
this is being done at the direction of someone his wife is
familiar with.
Both parties have legal representation and were advised to
communicate through their attorneys going forward as this is
a civil matter
