The Board reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented. The Board reviewed and signed any real estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have detrimental effect on the process. The following abatement applications were reviewed by the BOA, 45 Pico Ave., 835 Shirley Street, 1 Seal Harbor Road, PH3. 155 Pauline Street, 238 Shirley Street, 7 Corinha Beach Road and 46 Grovers Ave. Also any applications already reviewed by the BOA and being considered for subsequent review.
