The Board reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented. The Board reviewed and signed any real estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have detrimental effect on the process. The following abatement applications were reviewed by the BOA, 15 Linden Street, 84 Faun Bar Ave., 44-46 Hawthorne Ave., 15 Thornton St. #2; 1-7 Woodside Ave., 0 Pauline Street, 15 Ocean Ave. #202, 7 Frances Street, 69 Harborview Ave. and 61-63 Shirley Street.
