Chair Carroll reads citations for David Stasio and Vincent Zappulla-

Reflects what an honor to work with them and they are missed.

Discussion on Town Zoning Ordinances and offer recommendations

Members review entire Zoning Ordinance, briefly as to what applies to the different areas

Motion by Bob Carroll is to request an updated zoning map with parcels lines, property identifiers, building
footprints and zoning districts to be housed on the are GIS and updated every 5 years

Rich Ferrino would like some local zoning on the Historic Districts

Board will continue to review past meetings and the zoning ordinances, particularly areas that each member shall
work on with recommendations to present to the board.
