Approval of Meeting Minute: 
Approval of meeting minutes for November 15, 2021. Town Planner, Rachel Kelly will upload these and future minutes
to the Town Website for public access. 
New Business: 
Discussion: Street art related to public planning and new economic opportunities [postponed due to lack of
attendance/zoom connectivity issues.]. 
Old Business: 
MAPC - grant request - zoning ordinance diagnostic Town Planner, Rachel Kelly will review the requirements of this
current round of technical assistant grants and work with Town Manager’s Office on this important request. Chairperson
Carroll will reach out the Town Council to express support for this grant request. 
Review Site Plan Review requirements and jurisdiction . Chairperson Carroll will send a letter to the TC to share our
concerns about this issue. 
Sign Ordinance Review (Town Council Requested). Town Planner, Rachel Kelly will review the request and provide
background/context prior to Planning Board review.
