BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

Chairman Maruzzi called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM

Motion by Mrs. Macken to accept the Minutes of the previous meeting as circulated by the Assistant Assessor.

PUBLIC COMMENT 
NEW BUSINESS 
The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings. The Assessed Value
error on FY22 Q3 tax bills was brought to the Board’s attention, DOR recommendations were presented. Deputy
Assessor Steve Roche’s retirement was confirmed to the board, and departmental updates were discussed.
