Rick Salvo presented on behalf of the homeowners. The plans have been revised to further remove any construction activities that could cause localized destabilization of the bank. The existing lower retaining walls located on the coastal bank will no-longer be removed and will remain in place. To avoid localized destabilization of the coastal bank, the bank will be re-planted using hand methods in order to enhance its stability accordance with the Bank Enhancement Plan. There will be no large machinery permitted on the bank to ensure that there will be no localized de-stabilization. Once planted, the newly installed vegetation will be watered utilizing a portable sprinkler system that will be fed from the existing dwelling. 69 Upland would like to receive the revised plan so that their engineer can look at them.
