Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday April 5th, 2023 at 7pm 

Members present: Karen Winn, Chairperson, Brian Corbett, Kim Dimes, Chuck Kubick, Tracy Machcinski, Steve Machcinski, Alex Reynolds
Absent: Stacie Marley Conservation Clerk

7:00PM With a quorum present Chair, Karen Winn called the meeting to order.
APPROVE MINUTES: None
ONGOING BUSINESS:
Agenda items were called out of order for the applicants that were present at the start of the meeting. 
    • NOI 082-0538 41 Court Rd, Lourenco Carminati 
Ch. 91 license Application submitted; comment period ends Apr 12, 2023. 
Abutter Jack Condon expressed urgent concerns about failing seawall causing his wall to undermine.
Comm needs to review recently submitted docs. Homeowner is asking for final order to be issued asap for seawall repair.

Motion to continue hearing until April 19, 2023, Kim Dimes. 2nd by Brian Corbett
Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing April 19, 2023.

Homeowner has resubmitted Documents to DEP. Believes that he has submitted everything that is required for this project which is fixing existing Pier with the same design as original ch. 91 license. Concom has not reviewed the new docs.

Motion to continue hearing made by Steve Machcinski. 2nd by Al Reynolds. Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing until April 19, 2023.

Request that Stacie, Concom Clerk schedule site walk with homeowner or rep present so the commission can confirm project completion.
Motion to continue RCOC made by Steve Machcinski. 2nd by Tracy Machcinski. Commission voted unanimously to continue until the site walk is complete.

No representative present at the meeting. 

Motion made by Tracy Machcinski to continue hearing. 2nd by Kim Dimes. Commission voted unanimously to continue the hearing.

No representative present at the meeting. 
Motion made by Kim Dimes to continue hearing. 2nd by Al Reynolds. Commission voted unanimously to continue the hearing.

No representative present at the meeting. 

Motion made by Kim Dimes to continue hearing. 2nd by Tracy Machcinski . Commission voted unanimously to continue the hearing.

NEW BUSINESS:

    • SNAKE ISLAND CLEANUP
Brian will continue event planning after Karen checks with Audubon Society re: any bird habitat activities.


    • 7 Frances St. 
A Cease & Desist order has been issued by the building inspector. The homeowner has not responded.

OTHER: 

David Girard signed on at 8:18pm, hearing was already continued for CPYC NOI #082-0537. Informally discussed new document (site plan) submitted and DEP inquiries. Applicant to appear at the April 19th, 2023 meeting.
