Finance Committee minutes 6/13/23 
In attendance- Councilors Fucillo, Belcher, and Ruggiero 
President Letterie 
6:30- Meeting starts and Councilor Fucillo opens the meeting and reads the first motion. 
- end of year inter-budgetary transfers #2 
- Couple questions around the extra funds were asked and explained by president letterie. 
- This motion a positive rec 
6:35- The 2nd motion is introduced by Councilor Fucillo 
- Free cash appropriation motion 
- This motion was sent back to finance due to concern of amounts and keeping funds
available. 
- Discussion to lower amounts takes place and there is an agreement to lower the amount
from 200,000 to 100,000. 50k to OPEB and 50k to the compensated absences reserve
funds. 
- This motion is is amended for the amount mentioned before. 50k and 50k for a total of
100k. 
- Motion is given a positive rec as amended.
