Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 7pm 
Commissioners in attendance: Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Al Reynolds, Chuck Kubick, Kim Dimes 
Absent: Brian Corbett
Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

Old Business:

    1. 082-0539 118 Sunnyside Avenue
Reviewed revised project narrative & site plans with Eric from Engineering Alliance 
Reviewed CZM comments.
Hearing Continued until Aug 9th,2023 motion by TM 2nd by AR unanimous vote.

    2. 082-0540 760 Shirley Street
Reviewed revised NOI and project narrative w/Ryan Roseen Goddard Consulting. Presented responses to DEP, CZM & NHESP comments.
Hearing Continued until Aug 9, 2023 motion by TM 2nd by AR unanimous vote

    3. 082-0541 506 Pleasant Street
Site walk conducted with SM, KD, SM & BC. Robert Marini & John Ferullo.
Hearing Closed motion by SM 2nd by TM unanimous vote to close hearing and issue an Order of Conditions.

New Business:

    1. 082-0543 10 Undine Avenue
Proposed project presented by contractor Ray Correale & Attorney Sean Donahue & Rep Rob Marini. Project will be heard by BOA in August for lot variance.
Schedule site walk.
