Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Steve Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds 		
Clerk: Stacie Marley 
Public Present: Ryan Rossen, John Arklauskas, Eugene Catizone, Sean Donahue, Miriam and Brett Lautenschlager, Rick Salvo, Mark Rodriques, Ray Correale, Julius Sokol, Paul Finocchio, Peter Gill 

7:01 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
ONGOING BUSINESS:
    • NOI MA DEP #082-0539 118 Sunnyside Ave., Eric Brandanese, Engineering Alliance; Mark Rodriques

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski, 2nd by Kim Dimes to close the hearing, commission voted unanimously.  

    • NOI MA DEP #082-0540 760 Shirley Street, John Arlauskas REP: Ryan Roseen, Goddard Consulting
Applicant informed the commission during the meeting that they were amending their NOI and changing their plans.  They were taking out the post and rope fence and only keeping the sand fence.   Commission would like time to review the new plan.  

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski, 2nd by Al Reyolds to continue the hearing, commission voted unanimously.

Motion made by Tracy Machcinski, 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to close the hearing, commission voted unanimously.  

NEW BUSINESS

    • NOI MA DEP #082-0544 130-140 Shirley Street; Julius Sokol REP: Robert Marini, NativeTEC
        Continued to next meeting.  Quorum members for this case were not in attendance.   
Motion made by Tracy Machcinski, 2nd by Stephen Machcinski.  Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing. 

    • NOI MA DEP #082-0545 29 Winthrop Shore Drive, Jenny and Jacob Golic REP: Paul Finocchio PJF & Associates 
Continued to next meeting.  Quorum members for this case were not in attendance.   

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski, 2nd by Tracy Machcinski.  Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing. 

APPROVE MINUTES: None

Motion made by Tracy Machcinski and 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to nominate Kim Dimes as Chairperson
Commission voted unanimously.  Congrats Kim!!
