Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Steve Machcinski, Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds, Brian Corbett	
Clerk: Stacie Marley 
Public Present:  Marissa Seifert, Dave Clougherty, Peter Martino, Karen ???, Jim Cipoletta and Tony Marino 

7:02 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
We took items out of order while waiting for committee members. 
NEW BUSINESS:

Jim Cipoletta did a presentation on the Conservation Commission’s Enforcement Plan.  Tony Marino followed up with answers to any questions.  

NEW BUSINESS:

    • NOI DEP#082-0548 23R Washington Avenue Applicant: Richard Zygala REP: Elizabeth Wallis, Hayes Engineering 
No one attendance for this application.  Motion was made to continue till next meeting.

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Chuck Kubik to continue the hearing.  
Commission voted unanimously to continue the hearing.   

    • RDA 108 Tafts Avenue, Applicant: David Clougherty REP: Attorney Peter Martino  
After discussion, the Commission voted to make a positive determination.  The applicant must file an NOI.  

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Chuck Kubik to close the hearing.  Commission voted unanimously to close the hearing and issue a positive determination on the RDA.
