Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 2.000 years. Vote to approve the transfer of Michele Holmes’ total accumulated deductions effective October 31, 2023, to the MTRS. Dates of service: 9/2/2014-6/30/2022. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 7.9167 years. Vote to approve the rollover of Stephen Vieira’s total accumulated deductions effective October 31, 2023, to Fidelity. Stephen was an ESP with Winthrop Schools.
