THE BOARD MAY ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DICUSSIONS ON PENDING APPELLATE TAX BOARD CASES, FISCAL YEAR ABATEMENT & EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO BE CONSIDERED. Brian Perrin – 2nd Allen Maruzzi – 3rd BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION Executive Session Pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(6)— To consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. EXECUTIVE SESSION – November 28, 2023 101 Veterans Road – We suggest granting this Abatement for FY 2023 and Fy 2024. It has been calculated incorrectly past years. It should be calculated on affordable housing and not on market value. 100 Terrace Avenue – We suggest granting this Abatment for FY 2023. This property was visited by Nate Cramer and he made the following findings. Depreciation Code to Good from Average Land Value – No off street parking I Factor, Condition and Land Value all reduced 87-90 Winthrop Shore Drive – Discussion at next BOA meeting.
