Allen Maruzzi made a Motion to accept the Minutes of Executive Session of November 28, 2023

BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session Pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(6)— 
To consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
MOTION TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
ROLL CALL - 
Peter Gill – Motion to call meeting to order
Brian Perrin – 2nd 

Two ATB cases were discussed.  87 and 90 Wnthrop Shore Drive.
Nate Cramer of Municipal Finance Services, LLC who has been handling the Town’s ATB cases was present at the meeting. 

There was a lengthy discussion with information given to the Board on the past history of these 2 properties regarding taxes paid in previous years, the type of sale, the location and the overall condition of the building.  Income approach was also discussed.

Peter Gill made a motion to accept the abatement as presented by Nate Cramer
Peter Gill – Yes
Brian Perrin – No
Allen Maruzzi – Yes
Motion passes to accept the abatement on 87 and 90 Winthrop Shore Drive
