MeeƟng Called to Order at 6:30 followed by roll call.
ConƟnuaƟons: 
There was a Board Member absent and therefore not a quorum available for a vote. The following
Agenda Items will be conƟnued unƟl the next meeƟng on February 22 nd , 2024. 
1. 1001 Shirley Street (44-2023)- The Applicant’s AƩorney, Rebecca Edmondson-Korom, was
present via Zoom and requested a conƟnuance along with the Board. Member Young moƟoned
for the conƟnuance unƟl the next meeƟng on 2/22/24 and Member Wright seconded the
moƟon. All members voted in favor .
2. 74 Quincy Avenue- (45-2023)- The Applicant’s AƩorney, Rebecca Edmondson-Korom, was
present via Zoom and requested a conƟnuance along with the Board. Member Wright moƟoned
for the conƟnuance unƟl the next meeƟng on 2/22/24 and Member Young seconded the
moƟon. All members voted in favor. 
General Business: 
 December Minutes were reviewed and accepted. Member Wright moƟoned to approve, and
Member Young seconded the moƟon. All members voted in favor. 
Member Wright made a moƟon to adjourn the MeeƟng and Member Stern seconded the moƟon.
MeeƟng was adjourned at _6:38pm__.
