Meeting with CZM suggested we make more transacts to locate primary dune. The actual location is hard to find because of development. They are still trying to locate the “sweet spot”. They are not on the primary dune, but a secondary dune. They did revise the places and change the direction of the stairs. The homeowner is still deciding on the pier foundation, possibly using helix coils. Awaiting additional comments from CZM.

MWRA locate the edge of the sewer main and put on the 8M permit plan is to stake all the corners once construction starts. The building footprint did not change the building foundation did, it will have a cantilever. There will be no loading impact to that sewer pipe. The Commission wants to make sure that the plans submitted to the Board of Appeals will not need to be modified. They also need to do boring samples for the MWRA.
