Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Steve Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds, Brian Corbett, Tim Wilson	
Clerk: Stacie Marley 
Public Present:  Marissa Seifert, Josh Aranov, Elizabeth Willis, Linda Humphries, Joseph Clougherty, David Clougherty, Charles Crovo

7:04 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

Items were taken out of order.  

NEW BUSINESS:

    • Public Hearing DEP# 082-0544 58 Cutler Street
Applicant: Charles Crovo, Dunhill Builders REP: Elizabeth Wallis, Hayes Engineering
The proposed project includes demolition of the existing shed, 1st & 2nd floor enclosed front porches & foundation. Installation of new foundation & new enclosed front porches. Re-grade, loam & seed disturbed areas. Additional renovations include construction of new dormers to expand the 3rd floor and other minor structural changes.  The Commission requested additional documents. Public comment closed at 7:34 p.m.

Motion made by Chuck Kubik - 2nd by Al Reynolds to continue the hearing to April 3, 2024.

Applicant asked for a continuance, they are still waiting on boring samples.

	
    • Continued Public Hearing for NOI DEP#082-0553 108 Tafts Avenue Applicant: David Clougherty REP: Marissa Seifert 
Amended NOI received too late to review by the Commission.  Awaiting additional comments from CZM.

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Al Reynolds to continue the hearing to April 3, 2024.

General discussion with Linda Humphries regarding replacement of her back deck.  She should file and RDA and she needs help to consult us.
