MeeƟng Called to Order at 6:54pm followed by roll call.
ConƟnuaƟons: 
There was a Board Member absent and therefore not a quorum available for a vote. The following
Agenda Items will be conƟnued unƟl the next meeƟng on May 2 nd , 2024. 
1. 40 Bates Avenue (004- 2024)- The Applicant’s AƩorney, Rebecca Edmondson-Korom, was
present. Member Young moƟoned for the conƟnuance unƟl the next meeƟng on 5/23/24 and
Member Wright seconded the moƟon. All members voted in favor .
2. 82 Main Street- (011 2023/ 005 2024)- The Applicant’s AƩorney, Sean Donahue, was present.
Member Young moƟoned for the conƟnuance unƟl the next meeƟng on 5/23/24 and Member
Wright seconded the moƟon. All members voted in favor. 
General Business: 
 March Minutes will be reviewed at the next meeƟng. All members voted in favor. 
Member Wright made a moƟon to adjourn the MeeƟng and Member Young seconded the moƟon.
