e 3A Zoning- 3A Timeline: Status update on the grant to help us through the next phase (including outreach
and when will we be able to anticipate joint meetings with the TC).
e 50 Somerset Avenue- Informal Presentation regarding 20 apartments with 10 parking spots in the Central
Business District.

© 63 Putnam Street- (Redevelopment of Surf Cleaners)- 16 units with 14 parking spots in the Central Business
District.
