1. 3A- MBTA Zoning 
 RKG Consulting Group- Recap from 6/10/24 Meeting. 
 Trying to use Seal Harbor and Governor’s Park as models to mimic. 
 Special Permits may be needed for parking. 
 Discussion about how to structure documents to include the “Overlay” and references to the new
buildings. 
 Planning Board can still hold reviews for site plan reviews, but maybe not to the same level of
scrutiny and barriers to stop the process. 
 There were many residents who spoke out in opposition to the project and expressed their personal
stories and concerns.

A motion was made by Alyssa Gamble to adjourn the meeting at 8:28pm and the motion was seconded. All
members voted in favor .
