    • Public Hearing Request for Order of Conditions Amendment DEP#082-0548 232R Washington Avenue
Applicant: Arthur Wood REP: Elizabeth Wallis, Hayes Engineering, Inc.
The applicant would like to add a pervious paver driveway within the access easement. This work will be only in the Buffer Zone. This strikes the Commission as a totally separate project and should be a new filing. The Commission is opposed to amending the Order of Conditions. They suggested submitting an RDA. This project will need to be go the Board of Appeals and DPW.

Public Comment opened at 7:22 p.m.

The Pikes the direct abutter to 23R Washington Avenue oppose the paver project and it’s such a small passageway.

Commission suggests that there be an abutter notification on the RDA because of the proximity of the abutter. The Commission suggests that they complete all the zoning, easement, DPW requirements before coming back before the commission.

Further discussion on the Enforcement letters for 163 and 167 Strand.

Further discussion on the meeting schedule, we need to add a meeting to October because there is to much time in between. We are leaving it pending until the September 11th meeting.
