Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 7pm 
Members present:  Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds, Jarid Siegel, Tim Wilson
Absent:  Kim Dimes 

Public Present:  Rudy De La Roca, Carol Pizziferri, Gary MacDonald, Eder Bautista   

7:06 PM With a quorum present Stephen Machcinski called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:
    
    • Continued Public Hearing Notice of Intent DEP# 082-0557 60 Grand View Avenue 
Applicant: Kathleen Kennedy REP: Arick Dyrdal, Design Build Boston Construction LLC
	Resource Areas: LSCSF Zone VE 

NEW BUSINESS:

    • Request for Determination of Applicability 105 Triton Avenue
Applicant: Eder Bautista
The proposed project includes building a new retaining wall along the existing driveway and the front of the property along the sidewalk and replacing the existing walkway with new concrete pavers. Site walk conducted on 9/9/2024.

Motion made by Chuck Kubik - 2nd by Tracy Machcinski to close the hearing and issue a negative determination for the RDA.  Unanimous vote.
