Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Stephen Rogers, to approve Theresa Visconti’s Application for
Voluntary Superannuation Option B, effective January 1, 2025.Theresa is an ESP for Winthrop Public Schools with
24.7500 years of creditable service. The motion passed unanimously.

Voted on a motion by Stephen Rogers, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the rollover of Anthony
Puleio’s total accumulated deductions effective December 31, 2024. Anthony was employed by the rink. Dates
of service 3/24/15-5/21/24. The motion passed 3-0.

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Stephen Rogers, to approve 6 months of creditable service
the Winthrop Retirement Board will accept for former member Robert Hurley who is currently a member of the

Boston Retirement Board. Robert served as a reserve officer from October 5, 1995 to March 31, 1996. The
motion passed 3-0.

Administrators Announcements:

Retiree affidavits were mailed on November 21, 2024.

PERAC has approved the Board’s supplemental regulation effective November 26" pertaining to the creditable
service regulation.

PRIM will attend the January 28, 2025, meeting to present a portfolio overview.
The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for January 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Stephen Rogers to adjourn at 4:08 PM. The motion passed
unanimously.
