Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Al Reynolds, Jarid Siegel 

Absent: Chuck Kubik and Tim Wilson 

Public Present: Matt Chicos and Eric Bradanese 

7:00 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

NEW BUSINESS:

    •       Notice of Intent DEP# 082- 0564 34 Pebble Avenue
Applicant: Matt Chicos REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance
The proposed project includes an addition to the rear of an existing single-family dwelling.   The addition will be constructed on sonar tubes, ensuring the finished floor is 6 inches above the 100-year floodplain. The existing wooden garage will be removed and replaced with grass, providing additional flood capacity on the property. The project is situated in a Zone AE 12, and the land is subject to coastal storm flowage. Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Tim Wilson to approve the Order of Conditions.  Unanimous vote. 

Motion made by Tracy Machcinski - 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to approve December 4, 2024, meeting minutes.  Unanimous vote. 

7:10 pm Meeting Adjourned motion made by Tim Wilson, 2nd by Al Reynolds.   Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
