Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Al Reynolds and Jarid Siegel 

Absent: Kim Dimes, Chuck Kubik and Tim Wilson

Public Present: 

7:00 PM With a quorum present Stephen Machcinski called the meeting to order.

NEW BUSINESS:

    • Certificate of Compliances DEP#082-0474 and DEP#082-0460 27-29 Bayview Avenue 
Applicants: Michael and Geri Cimmino 
The applicant needs new original COC’s for recording purposes.

Stacie explained the issue of a seller not accepting a recorded document due to the unavailability of the original, unrecorded one.  The committee members agreed to sign off on the COCs, with Tracy making the motion and Al seconding it. Stacie then committed to handling the signed documents the following day, as the property was closing on Friday.

    
Motion made by Tracy Machcinski - 2nd by Al Reynolds to re-sign the Certificate of Compliances.  Unanimous vote. 

7:10 pm Meeting Adjourned motion made by Tracy Machcinski, 2nd by Al Reynolds.   Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
