BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES


March 18, 2025


Kathy Hickey called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM

MINUTES
Motion by Peter Gill to edit/revise the Minutes of the February 25, 2025 and continue until next Board Meeting.
2nd by Allen Maruzzi.


PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE

NEW BUSINESS

The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented.  The Board reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented.  The Board reviewed and signed any real estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented.



The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a).  Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have a detrimental effect on the process.

Motion by Peter Gill to adjourn Executive Session and return to open session for adjournment only.
