MEETING MINUTES: March 20, 2025 
Because of scheduling conflicts, a full board present was not present; while we would have had
quorum, we would not have had enough to vote. The idea is to move the whole agenda. 
The meeting was opened to maintain a discussion on the record.
This agenda can potentially be continued until March 27, 2025. However, it was understood
that members of the public who were in the room preferred to receive actual notice of the
changed hearing date. The legal notices will need to be republished.
Therefore, we will not continue the matters on public record this evening.
This will allow the Clerk to reissue notices for all of them. 
The notices need to be published for two consecutive weeks- so the meeting will be two weeks
from that time.
Motion to adjourn was made and voted on in favor.
