Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Tim Wilson and al Reynolds

Absent: Chuck Kubik and Jarid Siegel 

Public Present: Steve Stoddard. Charles Quigley, Anne Marie Lyons, Frederico Leal, Arthur Wood, Peter Gill and Aote Sales Office

7:02PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:

    • Notice of Intent DEP#082-0565 98 Bayview Avenue 
Applicants: Daniel Murphy REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance 
Continued to June 4th meeting.  

NEW BUSINESS:

    • Request for Determination of Applicability 27 Seaview Avenue  
Applicant: Anne Marie Lyons 
The proposed project consists of removing the existing driveway and replacing it with new asphalt and pavers.   The site walk was conducted on May 1, 2025.  Commission confirmed there is zero impact to the resource areas.  
Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Tim Wilson to issue a negative determination.  Unanimous vote. 
    •   Request for Determination of Applicability 163 Strand Way  
  Applicant: Alan Bouchard 
  The proposed project consists of replacing the existing 3rd floor deck.    The site walk was    conducted on May 1, 2025.  Commission confirmed there is zero impact to the resource areas.  
Motion made by Tracy Machcinski - 2nd by Tim Wilson to issue a negative determination.  Unanimous vote. 
 
    • Request for Determination of Applicability 190 Winthrop Shore Drive   
         Applicant: Frederico Leal
 The proposed project consists of replacing the existing back decks. The site walk was conducted on May 1, 2025.  Commission confirmed there is zero impact to the resource areas.  
Motion made by Tim Wilson - 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to issue a negative determination.  Unanimous vote. 
    •  Extension Permit for Order of Conditions 160 Winthrop Shore Drive   
        Applicant: Charles Quigley
        The applicant seeks an extension to their Order of Conditions.    
Motion made by Tim Wilson - 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to extend Order of Conditions.  Unanimous vote. 
    • Order of Conditions DEP#082-0548 23R Washington Avenue
              Applicant: Arthur Wood 
               The applicant needs a new original Order of Conditions for recording purposes.   

Motion made by Tim Wilson - 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to issue a new original Order of Conditions for recording purposes only.  Unanimous vote.

Approval of meeting minutes for April 16th meeting.
