Old Business Updates: 
-Home Ownership Resource Publication 
Page connecting to MassHousing Resources is up on website, but through the
committee dropdown tab, not on the affordable housing tab or somewhere more directly, request
made to update location 
-Realtors and mass Realtors Association contact 
North East Association of Realtors is communicating with us
Looking into how we could set up an education event for first time homebuyers in
Winthrop 
-Mission Statement 
Assembling general concepts to include 
-Data on cost of living in Winthrop (AMI and budget spent on housing) 
New Business: 
-Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support deed restricted housing affordability

Policy outreach to potential funding sources, types of deed restriction(affordability
based or owner occupancy) 
-Resources on understanding affordability 
Pamphlets clarifying what income amounts are specific “ AMI ” and would qualify
for what programs, need to research how to make our own area appropriate forms 
-Public Comment 
The listing of matters is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.
Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may be brought up for discussion to the extent
permitted by law.
