50 Somerset Avenue- The Applicant proposes a four-story mixed-use building in the CBD with construction of 20
residential units and a retail space. The project is within 10 feet of a residential building and will require a variance
for elevation. At the June 23, 2025 Meeting, the Board agreed to condition the approval of the project based on the

applicant's response to the feedback and continued the project to the July Meeting. (Continued from February 24,
2025, May 12, 2025, and June 23, 2025.)
