NEW BUSINESS:
Motion from the Town Council requesting the Planning Board review the current parking requirements in the

Central Business District (CBD) for consideration of a possible modification to current Ordinance.
10-26 Somerset Avenue- To conduct a review of the condominium documents for the property focusing on
the proposed parking plan, as well as the community impacts resulting from the conversion of the property to

condominiums.
