Old Business Updates: 
-Home Ownership Resource Publication: There is now a formal funding round for
Commonwealth builder program funds. No updates on town website location. 
-Realtors and mass Realtors Association contact No more communication from MSA 
-Data on cost of living in Winthrop (AMI and budget spent on housing) No Update 
-Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support deed restricted housing affordability No update 
-Resources on understanding affordability
-Zoning updates for acknowledging current housing
-North Suburban Consortium representation
-Review data gathered for clarity 
New Business: 
-Public comment
-Set next meeting date Meeting Dates for set for 2026: January 12th, February 9th, March 9th,
April 13th, May 11th, June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, September 14th, October 19th, November
9th, December 14th. Meetings on 4/13, 6/8, and 11/9 will be in Harvey Hearing Room. All others
in Gathering Room
