● Roll Call Present: Hannah Belcher, Katharine O’Malley, Cassie Witthaus, Scott
Mahoney-Wright 
Absent: Judie VanKooiman 
● Minutes of November, December, and January Meeting Review and vote Katharine
O’Malley Motions to approve the minutes, Scott Mahoney-Wright seconds, Cassie Witthaus
additional in favor, Hannah abstains 
Old Business Updates: 
-Home Ownership Resource Publication (Updates along with members, including correcting
spelling on Katharine’s name, on town landing page should be pushed forward) updates to
Katharine’s name and location of link for Masshousing resources updated 
-Realtors and mass Realtors Association contact (ask MSA to participate in Pecha Kucha on
housing) 
-Zoning updates for acknowledging current housing (FOIA in to Denise) May be more
reflective to look at percentage of single family over time and total homes over time. 
-North Suburban Consortium representation 
New Business: 
-Pecha Kucha Planning: Date, Materials, Outreach to contacts 
Tentatively June 11th at 6pm with 6:30 start. Include Down payment assistance, assessor,
Insurance provider, housing authority, more as available. Senior Center preferred location. 
Name tags for all, agenda with speakers and their orgs, 7-10 presenters if possible, covering many
factors impacting housing costs. 
-Public comment: None 
-Reminder that next meeting is April 13th in the Gathering Room 
- adjourn at 7pm Hannah Belcher motion and Katharine O’Malley second. All those present in
favor
