MEETING MINUTES: MARCH 16, 2025

PROPERTIES DISCUSSED: 
 210 Winthrop Street- Attorney Delehanty presented an ANR (Approval Not Required) for this
property and explained that per case law also presented, the third parcel in the back of the
property can be divided out of the existing two (2) subdivided lots and will be marked as a non-
buildable lot on the subdivision plan.
The Members of the Board discussed and did not appreciate the separation of the 2 larger
buildable parcels from the residential/center business district line by a few feet as well as creating
a non-buildable, odd-shaped parcel. Statutorily, however, the ANR will be granted due to time
constraints and the Applicant will meet with the Town Clerk for a signature. 
Meeting Minutes and Public Comment 
 The October 2025 minutes were reviewed and accepted. Meeting minutes from 11/2025 and
12/2025 to be reviewed.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded. All voted in favor.
