May 27,2026 Topic: Long -Term Planning and Interdepartmental Collaboration

June 24, 2026 Topic: Recognition, Performance Oversight, and Continuous
Improvement

Two weeks before each meeting the Committee will share questions with departments that
might lead the discussion; but welcome topics that the Departments may want to cover. Of
course, if an issue arises of immediate concern in the Town, the Committee will adjust its
schedule accordingly.
