CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL

Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the
public body. The Winthrop Housing Authority Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to MGL
c. 30A 21(a) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with respect to litigation.

The Board will not be returning to Open Session

ADJOURNMENT

The listing of matters is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the
meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may be brought up for
discussion to the extent permitted by law.
