response time, infrastructure condition index on roads, drainage, seawalls public buildings), incident frequency and severity
of climate related incidences, (floods, power outages), and associated service disruptions, staffing resilience such as vacancy
rate in critical roles, percentage of positions with succession plans) 
Agenda for this meeting: Strategic level questions related to accountability and transparency. Please submit relevant
documents three business days before the meeting if you would like the committee to read them prior to the meeting.
