Called to order at 5:30pm by Councilor Millar
Roll Call Attendance: Councilor Millar, Councilor Dimes, Councilor Romano, present 
Discussion: 
 Town Council to approve video recordings of committee meetings to be posted
Committee is still waiting for additional information previously requested by Councilor
Millar. Another email request to the Town Manager will be sent by Councilor Millar.
Discussion as to whether this can be sent back to council. Needs to stay in committee
until we have the information we need to write a complete motion. 
Motion to continue by Councilor Romano 2 nd by Councilor Dimes Vote 3-0 in the
affirmative 
 Houseboat Ordinance
Councilor Millar distributed copies of the ordinance to committee members. 
 Motion to amend town council rules & procedures Rule 2(b)(c) is with Attorney
Cipoletta for recommendation. 
 Town Council review ordinance recommendation from the Tree Committee
Is with Attorney Cipoletta for wording recommendation. 
 Town Council discuss ordinance amendment 17.52.030 Use Variance
Waiting to hear back from the Planning Board and Board of Appeals to schedule public
hearings. 
Other Discussion: 
 Councilor Millar distributed to the committee a handout with steps needed to take
to change zoning variance. Discussion of a joint hearing with Planning Board and BOA
to save time. Councilor Millar to reach out to Town Council President Letterie and Town
Manager Marino to discuss. 
Motion to adjourn by Councilor Dimes 2 nd by Councilor Romano . Vote 3-0 in the
affirmative.
