Chairwoman Chavis called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM. The Retirement Coordinator called the roll:

Social Security Administration announced that the latest COLA effective July 1, 2026 is 2.8%,

The COLA which any system may grant, pursuant to Chapter 32, Section 103(c) and effective July 1, 2026 will
thus be 2.8%. Pursuant to Section 103(i), a Retirement Board, with proper notice to the Legislative Body, may elect
to increase this percentage up to 3.0% at a duly called meeting.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve a COLA of 3% ona $16,000 base
effective July 1, 2026. The motion passed 4-0.
