MOTION: In accordance with the Charter of the Town of Winthrop, I move that the
Town Council vote to adopt the Town Manager’s proposed annual General Fund budget
for Fiscal Year 2027 as set forth in the Town Manager’s budget submission, inclusive of
personnel salaries and operating expenses set forth therein, and that to meet said
appropriations, the Town shall raise and appropriate, as well as, appropriate from the
following other available funds the sum of $68,361,037 or take any other action relevant
thereto.
