● Minutes of May and June Meeting Review and vote Motion to approve by Hannah Belcher,
Second by Scott Mahoney-Wright, Katharine O ’ Malley abstain, all others in favor 
Old Business Updates: 
-Pecha Kucha Follow up: Plus/Delta, Presentations, Press affordable housing office hours,
presentations on the website as PDFs in addition to the presentation recording 
-Additional information for town website on affordability can we embed data from other
census data aggregators? What MassHousing data can we include on our website, Public Survey
for folks to provide questions on housing … direct people to housing authority where appropriate,
ask Tony about experience in other communities related to AHT and other housing support within
community 
-Data collection from other surveys 
New Business: 
-Discuss possible recommendations to council based on data on need Home loan
programs(cambridge savings bank low down payment programs), CPA, other potential future
housing and efficient permitting process 
-Public comment None 
-Reminder that next meeting is September 14th in the Gathering Room
