Vote to approve the revision of the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for August 2026 
from $554,166.43 to $553,712.20 due to a retiree’s death. 
Vote to approve the Trial Balance, Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, General Ledger, and Adjustments for 
August 2026 
Vote to approve the acceptance of Ange Laforest, effective September 1, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $48,485.00. Ange is an ABA Tech for
Winthrop Public Schools. 
Vote to approve the acceptance of Gessika Memnon, effective September 1, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $47,320.00. Gessika is an ABA
Tech for Winthrop Public Schools 
Vote to approve the acceptance of Brittany Cammett, effective September 8, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $78,174.75. Brittany is an ABA

Vote to approve the acceptance of Despina Hatsisavas, effective September 1, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $33,872.42. Despina is an ESP
for Winthrop Public Schools 
Vote to approve the refund of Carol DeCarlo’s total accumulated deductions, effective September 22, 2026. Carol was a part-time
Principal Clerk for the Department of Public Works. Dates of service: 06/05/2017-07/30/2026. 
Vote to approve the refund of Deanna Stevens’ total accumulated deductions, effective September 22, 2026. Deanna was a nurse
for Winthrop Public Schools. Dates of service: 08/26/2024-11/04/2024 (MTRS) and 10/28/2024-06/30/2026 (Winthrop
Retirement Board). 
Vote to approve the transfer of Jorge Roman’s total accumulated deductions effective September 22, 2026, to the Revere 
Retirement System. Dates of service: 05/30/2023- 08/22/2026. Jorge was a Police Officer for the Town of Winthrop. Winthrop’s 
3(8)(c) liability is 3.1667 years.

Discussion regarding the receipt of the FY27 appropriation funds in the amount of $3,300,000.00. 
New Business: 
Administrators Announcements : 
Superannuation option C pop up, Jimmie Garrett, passed away on August 25, 2026. 
Superannuation option C retiree, Margaret Connors, passed away on August 26, 2026. Her option C beneficiary will receive a
monthly survivor benefit.
