    All communications, requests and trial documents related to the re-hiring and subsequent promotion of Ferrucio Romeo from officer to Sergeant, and subsequently to Deputy Police Chief. Performance reviews, notes, and complaints. Emails, texts and other records are included in this request.

    If you do not have trial documents, I am still requesting everything else.

    This cost the town of Winthrop over half a million dollars, and continues to cost us to this day. Please don't just deny it under the basis that "we don't have to create records," because I'm not asking you to create records, just forward what you already have. In addition, if you do deny this, please provide an avenue for appeal so we don't have to bother the hard-working Public Records Division of the Secretary of State again.
